As staff or volunteers working with children it is important that you know what to do if you have concerns about a child. It is also important that you can engage confidently in the processes that contribute to safeguarding and promoting welfare. We can help you achieve this through the WSSCP training programme. Candidates will be allocated places on a first come, first served basis. You will receive an email to confirm your place or to be notified you have been placed on the reserve list. Pre-selection of course participants may be carried out prior to the course running to ensure a good range of multi-agency attendance.
If there are any cancellations for a course, places will be filled on a first come, first served basis from the reserve list.
If a candidate is not successful in obtaining a place on the course it is their responsibility to book a place on the next available course.
