GETTING HELP EARLY
Children of any age can experience problems at times, and parents or carers can’t always meet their needs by themselves. When children do require some extra support it’s always best to put help in place as soon as it is needed, before things get worse.
Throughout your child’s life there are people around who you can go to for advice, guidance and support, for example:
– Health Visitors
– Children Centre workers
– Nursery workers
– Other workers you might be in contact with such as Youth Workers, PSCOs or Housing Officers
If you are looking for support you can contact the Integrated Front door (IFD).
The IFD for West Sussex Children Services will ensure that all enquiries and referrals are looked at and directed to the appropriate service to support with the query, providing a seamless process with children receiving a service that meets their needs in a timely way.
